The Philadelphia Flyers continue to struggle on the road as they fall to the Vegas Golden Knights 5-4. It was another game where they fought hard until they very last buzzer, but they dug themselves in such a hole early, that they didn't have enough time to come back. Max Pacioretty had two of the four goals for Vegas in the first period. Claude Giroux and Travis Konecny both scored in the first 20 minutes as well. Entering the third period, it was a 5-3 score and Sean Couturier recorded his third point 15 seconds in with a powerplay goal to make it 5-4. They had a 6 on 3 chance on to tie the game up, but Marc-Andre Fleury was sensational. Carter Hart made some timely saves in the third to keep the team in the game.
