Sports Talk with Brodes: Flyers Destroy the Red Wings 6-1!

The Philadelphia Flyers destroy the Detroit Red Wings by a score of 6-1. What I love most about this victory is how everyone in the locker room wasn't satisfied. They hold themselves to such a high standard that they weren't pleased with their overall game. That is very impressive to me. Carter Hart was spectacular once again and a ton of players found a way on the score sheet. Jakub Voracek had three assists, Sean Couturier had two points along with Scott Laughton and Matt Niskanen. Niskanen took a puck off of his face and continued to play the entire game with stitches and nose plugs. What a leader. Kevin Hayes, James Van Riemsdyk, and Shayne Gostisbehere all really needed to put the puck in the net and they all did! A back to back with the Canadiens will be true test.
