The Philadelphia Flyers stay hot and continue to grab points as they beat the Toronto Maple Leafs by a score of 6-1. It wasn't that much of a blowout as it was a 1-1 game about halfway through the third period. The Flyers exploded late and it was a beautiful sight. Carter Hart with another fantastic game which kept the Flyers in it. To start the scoring, Kevin Hayes made an outstanding play protecting the puck and passed it net front to Scott Laughton as he put the puck past Frederik Andersen. In the third, the Leafs score on a fluke bounce after a shot from the point. Just over a minute later, Claude Giroux scored to take the lead back thanks to heads up play by Phil Meyers on the wall and a great pass from Travis Konecny. This is when the flood gates opened as Konecny, Joel Farabee, Shayne Gostisbehere, and James Van Riemsdyk all score after that. Michael Raffl broke his finger and will be out about four weeks.
