Chip Kelly has been impressive his first few months with the Eagles.

At least with the media in his press conferences.

Kelly spent about 30 minutes with the media in his press conference following his first practice with the team. Practices were fully attended and according to Sal Paolantonio of ESPN it was all about 'tempo, tempo tempo and energy, energy.'

Jeff McLane, Philadelphia Inquirer had a comedic exchange with Kelly today about who the team might be looking to draft fourth overall in next week's draft. Kelly was asked the question and instead of giving his opinion, he turned the tables on McLane and put him on the spot. Listen to the exchange below:

McLane talks with Mike Gill about the quarterback situation, whether or not the team could be looking at Geno Smith next week, or a quarterback in the later rounds.

McLane also shares his mock draft with Mike Gill and how he thinks Kelly has handled being the head coach of the Philadelphia Eagles.
