The Philadelphia Eagles played for the first time in over two weeks. They looked a little slow out of the gate falling behind 10-0 before scoring 20 unanswered points and eventually knocking off the Washington Football Team 27-17.
During the victory over the Jets, which was the twelfth straight win against New York in 12 tries, star center Jason Kecle, running back Miles Sanders and starting cornerback Steve Nelson all left the game with injuries and did not return.
The Philadelphia Eagles never trailed and dominated the New Orleans Saints 40-29. The Eagles had a 33-7 lead going into the fourth quarter and got conservative allowing the Saints to close the gap before ultimately putting it away.
