The Flyers held on for a 4-3 win over the Toronto Maple Leafs on Tuesday night to earn two critical points in the standings.

The Maple Leafs scored three goals in the first and three more in the third to hand the Flyers another blowout loss on Thursday.

David Pastrnak scored a hat trick to reach the 60-goal mark, as the Bruins recorded their 63rd win of the season to set an NHL record in a 5-3 result over the Flyers on Sunday night at Wells Fargo Center.

The Flyers road losing streak continued on Tuesday night and reached 13 games, as they got off to a slow start in the first period. Their attempt at a comeback came up short in a 6-3 loss to the Detroit Red Wings.
