The Locker Room and Eagles both start Football Season on the road

The Philadelphia Eagles open the 2022 NFL season on the road this Sunday in Detroit against the Lions and The Locker Room with Billy Schweim will be starting the season on the road too!  We will be broadcasting Live at Yesterday’s Creekside Tavern on Roosevelt Boulevard in Marmora for all of the Eagles' 1pm Kickoff games this season.  It’s our Eagles Pregame show and everyone is invited to come out to cheer on the Birds at Yesterday’s newly remodeled sports bar with plenty of Big TV’s to keep you in the middle of all the action plus great drink specials and menu this Sunday.

The new look Eagles hope to improve from last year's 9-8 record in 2021 and make a deep run into the postseason!  Eagles General Manager Howie Roseman added several players at positions of need on the defense through free agency and trades; New Players like Haason Reddick, Kyzir White, James Bradberry, C.J. Gardner-Johnson, plus Rookies from Georgia Jordan Davis and Nakobe Dean are all expected to make an impact this season and contribute to the Birds success!

Meanwhile, the Phillies are holding on to the third National League Wildcard spot with a 2.5 games lead over the Milwaukee Brewers heading into Friday night's action.  With a record of 75-62 the Phillies have 25 games left this season so they are in the playoff hunt and have a chance at winning 90 games for the first time since the 2011 season.

On Saturday’s show, Pete Thompson and Mike Carlin will join me in the studio. The Eagles and Phillies will fill our two hours with robust conversation.  The Sports Book Consigliere Dave Sharapan checks in from Las Vegas with his hot picks for this weekend in college football, MLB, and NFL.  In Hour Two, we will go “On the Mound with Tommy Greene” brought to you by Aaron Bada’s GSF Golf & Sports Performance Club. Tommy will analyze the Phillies as they have just 25 games left in the season!

On Sunday, we will be broadcasting Live at Yesterday’s Creekside Tavern in Marmora from 10am to Noon for our Eagles Pregame Show! 3-time All-Big Ten Linebacker and NFL LB Brad Quast joins Mike Carlin and I as we will get you ready for the Birds opener!  Every Sunday throughout the season we will talk with Fox 29Sports Anchor Scott Grayson.  Grayson will preview Sunday's game and give his keys for victory.  In Hour Two, we will hear from my Fantasy Football Guru Brian Hartley, he's back for another year with his expertise in Fantasy Football to get you ready for the Sunday slate of games.
