The Locker Room with Billy Schweim wants to say ‘Thank You’

This is the seventh year that The Locker Room with Billy Schweim has been on 973 ESPN Radio; I love sports and I am a big fan of the Philadelphia Eagles, Phillies, Flyers and Sixers.  Being on 973 ESPN has been a blast, talking sports on the radio for two hours every Saturday and Sunday is exciting, fun and demanding!  Doing a two hour show takes preparation time, watching games, selling advertisements to Pay for the show and hours of time networking to get some of the best guests and sports personalities to come on the show and talk about their careers.

Over the seven years I’ve been on the air we’ve heard for some of the biggest names in sports; South Jersey listeners have the pleasure hearing from players, coaches, journalists and famous announcers who bring us the games we love.  Some of the highlights of guests on The Locker Room with Billy Schweim includes:

-Former Eagles Koy Detmer, Jon Runyan, Dick Vermeil, Mike Quick and Eagles Broadcaster Merrill Reese

-NFL Greats Joe Namath, Rich Gannon and Jimmy Johnson have appeared on the show
