The Buena Chiefs and Mainland Regional Mustangs are now standing alone atop the South Jersey baseball world.

No other public school baseball team in the region had ever won a state championship; now two local programs will be immortalized for their amazing accomplishments in 2014.

Two members of the Group II State Champion Buena Chiefs, pitcher Denny Brady and Marco Rios, joined us and their proud fathers in studio to relive every moment of their incredible run. Listen in below to find out about their chemistry on and off the field, and what's going into a massive community-wide celebration.

The other South Jersey team standing tall after their unprecedented victory last weekend is the Mainland Regional Mustangs. The Group III State Champions overcame a sub-.500 record en route to making school and South Jersey history.
