Or, it could be "the carpenter and not the tools."

Obviously, John Daly does not subscribe to these two theories as he decided to launch his golf club into the waters of Lake Michigan after a shanked shot.

Daly, who is participating in the PGA Championship, had a good start to the second round of the major with some pars and birdies, but it came unraveling after that.

Daly bogeyed on the sixth hole and then took a 10 on the seventh hole.

It was a par three.

Yes, a PAR THREE!
