Here are this week's candidates:

Braheme Days Jr. of Bridgeton - Indoor Track
The junior won the Group II shot put with a personal-best throw of 69 feet, 2 inches. That broke the meet record of 63-11 set by former Bridgeton standout and current Bulldogs assistant coach Ray Wilks in 1995.

Julia Duggan of Ocean City – Girls Basketball
Scored 24 points against Trenton Central and 16 more along with 12 rebounds and 7 assists over Curtis (NY) led her team to 2 wins. Had a double/double over Holy Spirit to send Ocean City to the CAL Finals

Tom Catanoso of Middle Twp. – Boys Basketball
Hit the game winner to send middle to the CAL Finals. Scored 17 points as well.
Shareesha Richards of Atlantic Christian – Girls Basketball
Scored 26 points, 22 rebounds and nine assists to help her team to victory over Vineland. Came within one point of  the 2ndtriple/double in Shootout history
