Will the Philadelphia Phillies be bringing back the song Dancing on My Own for their 2024 playoff run?

It has been the anthem during their 2022 and 2023 runs, both which ended in disappointment.

Many of debated whether its time to retire the song, but as the playoffs close in Phillies catcher Garrett Stubbs my have opened the possibility of the song returning for a third run.

Stubbs jumped on the stage at a Philadelphia bar, McGillins Olde Ale House, as two Phillies fans were singing the song and joined them in signing the chorus.

The Phillies had an off night on Thursday, so a couple of players were just hanging out having a good time with their significant others when the song came on, and Stubbs just couldn't help himself.

Is this a preview for the 2024 playoff run?  Should we dust off our Dancing On My Own cassette single (they probably aren't still a thing)?

I'm not sure what to think about the song coming back.  It does kind of give ya some positive vibes anytime you hear it, you associate with the Phillies and Red October.  However, it is also associated with coming up short in those playoff runs.

So what gives?  Do you want Dancing On My Own to make a return for 2024? Join the debate among fans over the potential return of 'Dancing on My Own' as the Philadelphia Phillies' playoff anthem for 2024.
