Wildwood Crest Seafarers Celebration 2026: Schedule, Fireworks & Free Family Fun

The end-of-summer traditions continue this weekend in Cape May County as Wildwood Crest hosts its annual Seafarers Celebration from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. at Sunset Lake and Centennial Park.

Event Overview & Location Details

The all-day festival, filled with family entertainment, ends with a tremendous fireworks display at 8:30 p.m. at Centennial Park this Saturday, September 26.

Admission is completely free.

The celebration runs from Rambler Road to Miami Avenue on New Jersey Avenue and will feature live music, craft vendors, children’s activities, and local food vendors.

There will be live music throughout the day starting at 10:30 a.m. and continuing until the fireworks show at 8:30 p.m.

Sunset Lake Stage (Miami & New Jersey Aves)

• 10:30 a.m. – 12 noon – Star Band (Motown/oldies/pop)
• 12:30 p.m. – 2 p.m. – The Deck Band (dance/party hits)
• 2:30 p.m. – 4 p.m. – Dirty Genes Band (dance/party hits)

Centennial Park Stage (Fern Rd & Ocean Ave)

• 7:00 p.m. – Roundhouse Band (dance/party hits)
• 8:30 p.m. – Beachfront fireworks show

Family & Kids Activities

There are plenty of activities for kids, including bounce houses, roving street performers, a children’s pie-eating contest, and face painting.

Once the sun sets, make sure to check out the fireworks display over the beach at Fern Road.
