The Sixers will have first-round pick Zhaire Smith available for the first time this season when they host the Cleveland Cavilers at the Center.

"He will be with us," Sixers coach Brett Brown told reporters before tonight's game with Cleveland.  "Whether he gets on the court, I do not know, but he will be with us, I am excited to have him be a part of us tonight."

Smith hasn't appeared in a NBA game this season after suffering from a Jones fracture in his left foot back in August, followed by food allergy, causing him to lose a lot of weight, but he's officially been cleared and could make his Philly debut tonight and with Jimmy Butler out, he might actually get some playing time.

Smith was 16th pick in the draft by the Phoenix Suns and was acquired on draft night along with a 2021 first-round pick in exchange for Mikal Bridges.
