Brick Township’s Icarus Brewery Named One of Best of 2024

A Southern New Jersey Brewery has been recognized as one of the best 11 in the entire world.

Breweries from Finland, Canada, and the United States made the list.

Icarus Brewing Company at 2045 NJ-88 in Brick Township, which is in Ocean County was recognized by the website Hop Culture as one of the best breweries of 2024.

Icarus Brewing Company brews a plethora of styles, vigorously innovating and showcasing whatever they can think of. With a brand new location, they’ve evolved from their humble beginnings and have been able to double down on what they do best, “Go big or go home.” With multiple weekly beer releases, continually reimagining, and one-upping themselves, Icarus Brewing is one of the best breweries I’ve visited in 2024.

As many of you know who follow me, my style of beer is usually an IPA, New England-style or a hazy IPA and I am a big fan of some of the Icarus offerings, as it has become known for their New England-style IPA.

One of my favorite beers from Icarus Brewing Company is Yacht Juice, which has a 4.08 rating on the craft beer app Untapped.  Many people recommended that beer to me during our Happy Hour Friday shows, and it has quickly become one of my favorite beers.

If you'd like to check them out and visit their taproom, they are open seven days a week at noon.  They are open til 9 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday, til 10 p.m. on Wednesday-Saturday, and til 8 p.m. on Sundays.
