Domonic Brown is expected to undergo an MRI on his right thumb.

Brown suffered a sprained right thumb while diving for a fly ball in Monday game. The 24-year-old outfielder has downplayed the issue and only hopes to miss a couple days, it would take a exceptional spring from Brown to make the big league roster, but injuries have been an issue for Brown in the past.
Last season he suffered a broken hand and missed the start of the season.  He is expected to be a long-shot to beat out John Mayberry Jr. for the starting left-field spot.
