Former Eagles Super Bowl Champ Battles Cancer, Needs Your Help
The Philadelphia Eagles won their first-ever Super Bowl during the memorable 2017 season.
Many of the stars of that team will forever be remembered, like Nick Foles, Jason Kelce, Lane Johnson, Brandon Graham, Malcolm Jenkins, Fletcher Cox, Alshon Jeffery, Zach Ertz, and many others.
But there was a lesser-known player who played in just three games that season, but spent four seasons playing in Philadelphia with the Eagles, and he needs your help.
Braman’s Defining Moment: A Playoff Punt Block
Linebacker and special-teams ace Bryan Braman played three games during the 2017 season and 51 overall games in Philadelphia. He is most remembered for his blocked punt during the Eagles' 15-10 win over the Atlanta Falcons on their way to a Super Bowl LII over the New England Patriots, where he made one tackle.
From Super Bowl to Surgery—A Life Changed
The Super Bowl win over the Patriots was the final game Braman played.
Braman has had multiple surgeries and is undergoing treatment for a rare, aggressive form of brain cancer and needs your help.
How You Can Help Bryan Braman Today
Braman has set up a GoFundMe Page to help with his medical bills.
He had a goal of $25,000, which has already been surpassed, with some big donations coming from former teammates and NFL players. As of this writing, there have been nearly 900 donations raising $86,414.
