After getting some good news that wide receiver Alshon Jeffery would make his 2018 season debut today, there was some optimism that Corey Clement would also play in Tennessee, the Philadelphia Eagles running back is on the inactive list in Week 4.

He was limited at practice both Thursday and Friday, and listed as questionable with a quad injury coming into Sunday’s contest.

Clement is joined by fellow running back Darren Sproles, leaving Jay Ajayi, Wendell Smallwood and rookie Josh Adams in the back field.

Also inactive for the Eagles are OT Jordan Mailata, OT Matt Pryor, OL Chance Warmack, QB Nate Sudfeld, and DE Josh Sweat.

Wide receiver DeAndre Carter was signed this week and is active and most likely will fill in as the punt returner for Clement, who was handing the duties for Sproles.
