Dario Saric made his debut last season and over the course of the year adapted to the NBA style of play after playing 66 Games professionally in Europe.  Saric stepped up big after Joel Embiid missed the final 37 games of the 2016-17 season; Dario averaged 16.7 Points, Seven Rebounds, and Three Assists per game while shooting 43.9 Percent in 29.4 Minutes Per Game.

The 23 year old Sixers Forward joined Mike Gill on Wednesday and discussed expectations for the team heading into the 2017-18 season:

“Sometimes if you talk all the time about playoffs, it’s a lot of pressure on us and I don’t want to put pressure on the team.  But obviously when you put on paper all our names and all our games we play, I think we got the team for playoffs (run).  At end of the day, certainly if you stay healthy….And I hope that we stay healthy, I hope we have a lot of time to play together and if that’s the case, we can make (the) playoffs and I think we can (do) more than that.”
