We warmed up for the game by taking three of our four grandsons to Uncle Bill’s in Cape May for breakfast.  Always an adventure.  FYI, owner Tom O'Hara is an Eagles' season-ticket holder.

    1. Eagles linebacker Nakobe Dean (2 sacks, team-high 11 tackles).

    1.  Giants defensive tackle Dexter Lawrence (2 sacks, 2 tackles for loss).

Eagles’ best play

Barkley celebrated his return to MetLife Stadium by breaking loose for a 55-yard run that set up the Eagles’ first touchdown in the second quarter.

Eagles’ worst play

Barkley took a direct snap and faked a handoff but was tackled for a 3-yard loss in the first quarter.

Turning point

Leading 7-0 in the second quarter, the Eagles went for it on fourth-and-3. Quarterback Jalen Hurts hit wide receiver A.J. Brown for a 41-yard TD that put the team in control.
