Moore's group is third in the NFL in yards per gsme with 377.7, and is No. 1 in rushing at 188.9. And even with the all the slow starts and how much they run the ball, they are still Top 10 in points per game at 26.7.

In Moore's third offensive coordinator job, he has excelled and people around the NFL are taking notice.

ESPN’s Dan Graziano put out a list of the top-10 head coach candidates this offseason, and Moore made the list at No. 8.

A couple of years ago, Moore was a popular enough candidate that he seemed on the verge of landing a head-coaching job. The end of his time as the Cowboys' offensive coordinator led to an ill-fated 2023 season in that same job with the Chargers. But he has rebounded in his first season in Philadelphia, designing and calling one of the league's most explosive offenses around Saquon Barkley, Jalen Hurts, A.J. Brown and a terrific offensive line.

If the Cowboys move on from Mike McCarthy, could Moore be a candidate to return to Dallas in the big job?

The only offensive minds above him on this list were Lions OC Ben Johnson, and Bills OC Joe Brady. Behind him at No. 9 was Washington OC Kliff Kingsbury.

Other names on the list included former NFL head coaches Mike Vrabel and Bill Belichick, along with defensive coordinators Aaron Glenn, Brian Flores, Vance Joseph and Jesse Minter.
