The Philadelphia Eagles’ practice report on Thursday featured some encouraging developments.

Quinyon Mitchell Returns to Practice After Hamstring Strain

Top cornerback Quinyon Mitchell (hamstring) was a full participant on Thursday after being listed as a limited participant on Wednesday.  He left Philadelphia's Week 6 loss in the second quarter with a strained hamstring and missed the entire second half of the Eagles' loss to the Giants on Thursday night.

On the flip side, defensive tackle Jalen Carter was a full participant on Wednesday but was limited on Thursday. Carter has told reporters he planned on playing in the game on Sunday in Minnesota. He sat out of Thursday game against the Giants with his heel injury. Carter has been bothered by a bad shoulder and now this heel issue.  Defensive tackle Jordan Davis was a full participant with a shoulder injury. Left guard was a limited participant.
