Eagles running back Miles Sanders was off to a great start during Sunday's game in Las Vegas.

Sanders had six carries for 30 yards in the first quarter and had to be carted to the locker room The team lists him as questionable to return thanks to an ankle injury.

As you can see in this video it appears Sanders's right ankle quickly turns, forcing Sanders from the game.

With Sanders out of the game, expect to see more of rookie Kenneth Gainwell, but we'll see if head coach Nick Sirianni will use Gainwell more as a runner, or in the passing game. The team also has Boston Scott, who has yet to carry the ball this season.

Just when it appeared the team was ready to get Sanders going, he goes down with an injury.
