The Philadelphia Eagles lost more than a 21-point lead this past Sunday in Dallas. While the Cowboys mounted a comeback victory, the Eagles had five players sustain injuries Sunday afternoon.

Earlier this week, Eagles Head Coach Nick Sirianni confirmed reports that Rookie Safety Andrew Makuba sustained a Broken Ankle, and will not return to play this season. Also, both Wide Receiver DeVonta Smith and Kick Returner Xavier Gipson has not practiced this week as they deal with injuries.

But the Chicago Bears are not much healthier ahead of the Black Friday game in Philadelphia. There are six Bears players who have not practiced this week, a list that includes Linebackers TJ Edwards, and Noah Sewell along with Cornerback Tyrique Stevenson.

Who Is On Track To Be Unavailable For Black Friday Matchup In Philadelphia?

The good news the Eagles got on Wednesday is that starting Cornerback Adoree Jackson is no longer listed with an Injury Designation and has cleared Concussion Protocol. Without the 32-year-old Cornerback in Dallas, the Eagles struggled in pass coverage as the Cowboys erased Philadelphia's 21-point lead.

The concerning news for Philadelphia is that DeVonta Smith was listed as Did Not Practice again on Wednesday. Smith is dealing with Shoulder and Chest injuries along with an Illness. If the 27-year-old Wide Receiver leads the team in Receiving Yards (754) and Catches (55) this season.

If Smith is not cleared by the doctors to play on Black Friday, Eagles fans can expect to see Jahan Dotson and Darius Cooper getting the opportunity to play at the Outside Wide Receiver position.

Xavier Gipson suffered a Shoulder Injury when he fumbled the punt he was attempting to return in Dallas on Sunday's loss to the Cowboys. If the Eagles are without Gispon on Friday, you will see Will Shipley and Tank Bigsby get the playing time as Philadelphia's Kick and Punt Returners.

But the Eagles did make an interesting set of roster moves on Wednesday, placing Andrew Makuba on Injured Reserve and promoting Britain Covey to the active roster. Covey signed with Philadelphia's Practice Squad back on August 28th. Covey, who has experience as a Kick and Punt Return Specialist along with played Slot Receiver.  So he could get on the field in a variety of roles on Black Friday.

For the second straight game, three of Chicago's top Linebackers are unlikely to play. TJ Edwards (Hand and Hamstring Injuries), Ruben Hyppolite (Shoulder Injury), and Noah Sewell (Elbow Injury) have all not practiced again this week. The Bears' defense is already bottom ten in the NFL in Points Per Game Allowed (26.5 PPGA - sixth-most), Rushing Yards Allowed per attempt (4.8 - third-most), and Passing Touchdowns allowed (17 - fourth-most).

The Bears also do not have practicing Defensive Lineman Dominique Robinson (Concussion), Defensive back Tyrique Stevenson (Hip Issue), and Offensive Lineman Luke Newman (Foot Injury).
