ESPN Mock Draft Links Santa Clara Forward Allen Graves to Sixers
With the 2026 NBA Draft quickly approaching, ESPN’s Jeremy Woo had the Philadelphia Sixers taking a power forward in his most recent mock draft.
Woo mocked Santa Clara’s freshman Allen Graves to the Sixers with the No. 22 pick (via the Houston Rockets), in the pick they received from Oklahoma City in exchange for Jared McCain.
Woo also had Graves going to Philadelphia in his May 10 mock draft.
There was some surprise around the combine after the 76ers dismissed team president Daryl Morey, despite the team winning its first-round series against Boston and the promising duo of Tyrese Maxey and VJ Edgecombe forming a long-term backcourt. The question now is who will make this pick, with Bob Myers leading the search for a new lead executive. Adding frontcourt depth, particularly at power forward, appears to be an offseason need.
Graves is coming off an impressive freshman year with the Broncos, where he averaged 11.8 points, 6.5 rebounds, and 1.8 assists per game. During his final game in the NCAA Tournament, he showed he belonged, scoring 17 points to go with seven rebounds against Kentucky.
How Allen Graves Fits the Philadelphia Sixers' Roster
Graves could give the Sixers a legitimate rebounding option, as they were constantly beaten on the boards, without a true top-flight rebounder outside of Andre Drummond, who gets limited minutes when Joel Embiid is active.
Drummond is an unrestricted free agent this offseason, but the Sixers do have his early-bird rights, a cap exception that allows Philadelphia to go over the salary cap to retain him.
