ESPN South Jersey’s Top 2019 NFL Draft Prospects
PHILADELPHIA (973espn.com) - With the help of three former professional scouts, 973espn.com has cobbled together our annual ranking of the top prospects available in the 2019 NFL Draft.
Each talent evaluator was asked to put together a top 100 and the rankings were compiled using a simple in-position rating of the talent. For instance, if one scout had six quarterbacks in his top 100, the top prospect received six points and so on down the line to get a consensus.
