Sixers Win and Improve 2025 NBA Draft Odds
It hasn't been a fun season for the Sixers, who defeated the Washington Wizards, and have just two games left - both at home. The Sixers are currently 2.5 ahead of the Brooklyn Nets for the fifth-worst record in the NBA, meaning the Sixers' draft pick odds to retain their first-round draft pick are pretty solid, about 64%.
If they drop out of the Top 6, they own their pick to the Oklahoma City Thunder as a result of their 2020 trade involving Al Horford and a future pick for Danny Green. That future pick is the 2025 first-round pick, which is Top 6 protected.

As for the Phillies, they got a game-winning ninth-inning home run from Trea Turner off Braves closer Raisel Iglesias to give the Phillies a 4-3 advantage. Meanwhile, Phillies closer Jose Alvarado pitched the ninth to close it out for the Phillies.
The two teams close out the series tonight in Atlanta with Jesús Luzardo making his third start of the season. He was dominant in his last start against the Dodgers, piling up eight strikeouts over seven shutout innings, allowing just two hits. On the season in two starts, Luzardo is 2-0 with a 1.50 ERA, 0.92 WHIP, and 19 strikeouts and just four walks in 12 innings.
