Sixers forward Glenn Robinson III left Sunday’s scrimmage game against the OKC Thunder after a collusion during the second quarter and didn’t return.

He was seen gingerly heading back to the Sixers locker room for further evaluation and later returned to the bench with what is being called a hip pointer.

There was no update on his status following the game.

Robinson is trying to impress and earn a role off Brett Brown's bench, was having a nice game with seven points, on 2-of-3 shooting from three-point range in just over 7-minutes, prior to leaving the game.

Brown has a tough decision on playing time with so many wing players such as Robinson, Alec Burks, Matisse Thybulle, Furkan Korkmaz and Mike Scott.  However, if Robinson can prove he can hit open 3-point shots, he should be able to find a role.

The Sixers eventually lost to the Thunder, 102-97.

One scrimmage game remains for the Sixers against the Dallas Mavericks on Tuesday at 8:30 before beginning seeding games against the Indiana Pacers at 7 p.m. on Saturday.
