While much of the attention around the Sixers offseason plan has been centered around landing J.J. Redick.

If they can't land the veteran three-point threat, expect them to turn their attention to a pair of restricted free agents according to Keith Smith of RealGM.com


NBA writer Sean Deveney, who has said this as a guest of the Sports Bash recently, with the premise that even if the Sixers can't land one of the restricted free agents, they could drive the price up for two eastern conference rivals.

All that being said, the Wizards "intend to match any offer" on Porter, according to Chris Mannix of The Vertical. As for Caldwell-Pope, Vince Ellis of the Detroit Press said that he will be looking at $20 million per year,  but Detroit will have the opportunity to match.
