The Sixers will be without Joel Embiid tonight for their road game in Detroit against the Pistons.

The team announced earlier today that Embiid will be sidelined with a sprained ankle, that he suffered in the opening night win over Boston.

The Sixers play their first road game facing the Pistons, who feature big man Andre Drummond. Embiid scored 15 points and 13 rebounds in 23 minutes in the Sixers season-opener on Wednesday, but will not be in the lineup.

So who will replace him in the starting lineup?

The Sixers can slide Al Horford over to the center spot, and start Mike Scott, who has been upgraded to probable with an ankle sprain, or keep Horford at the four and start Kyle O'Quinn at center.

You can listen to the game on 97.3 ESPN, coverage begins at 7pm.
