Joel Embiid Sighting in Margate
Philadelphia Sixers center Joel Embiid has been spotted walking the streets of Margate.
Our buddy Jeff Nadu tweeted a picture to Twitter of Embiid walking down Ventnor avenue by the Liberty gas station at 770 Ventnor ave. He appears to be with his family and son Arthur.
If you happen to see Embiid, he is truly a huge human being, I have stood next to him on many occasions, including at the Sixers Beach Bash in Sea Isle City.
Embiid could be getting for tonight's Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals, but the team was eliminated after a Game 7 loss to the Hawks on Sunday night in Philadelphia.
In that Game 7, Embiid finished with 31 points, 11 rebounds, three assists, a steal, a block in 41 minutes.
While the season ended in disappointment, Embiid, was the runner-up for NBA MVP and a member of the second-team All-NBA team and was All-Defensive Second Team after a season in which he scored okic finished the season behind averages of 28.5 points, 10.6 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 1.0 steals and 1.4 blocks on 37.7% from 3-point range.
