Millville Selling Mike Trout Shirts for Fundraiser

The The Millville Thunderbolts baseball team is recognizing one of its own: Mike Trout.

The Thunderbolts baseball program is honoring the Anaheim Angels phenom by selling 'throwback' t-shirt jerseys with Trout's name and number featured.

A 2009 graduate of Millville High School, Trout spent four seasons with the program making headlines and throwing no hitters as a pitcher against high school rivals.

Trout recently wrapped up another season with the Angels finishing with 27 home runs and 97 runs batted in.

Last season Trout earned AL Rookie of the Year honors as well as a second place finish in the MVP award behind Miguel Cabrera.

The t-shirts are being sold as a fundraiser for the baseball program and is in it's second year.

T-shirts are $18.00 for youth sizes, $20.00 for adult sizes.
