With the exception of the quarterback position, particularly Nick Foles, the Philadelphia Eagles are relatively healthy throughout their active roster.

That hasn't kept the Eagles from using caution at quarterback as the team brought in G.J. Kinne as insurance this week.

To start the practice week, Foles was a non-participant due to the concussion he suffered against Dallas in Week seven.

The quarterback had started each of the past two weeks, and head coach Chip Kelly insists that the health of the quarterbacks will dictate who the starter is at this point.

Quarterback Mike Vick (hamstring) was a full participant at practice. He's expected to start Sunday against the New York Giants.

The Eagles get back on the practice field Wednesday morning at 10:55 at the Nova Care Center.
