Sheil Kapadia

Philly Mag author called in for his take on what the Eagles will do in the first round tonight. Kapadia said that he would be 'shocked' if the Eagles were to trade up for Johnny Manziel. But if he were to somehow fall to them at # 22, then all bets are off. With that said, Kapadia has the Eagles selecting USC WR Marqise Lee at # 22.

KC Joyner

The Football Scientist on here for a broader look at the draft, in specifically the WR class. Joyner believes that the Eagles will land that top WR in the first round and will finally be able to solidify that position as a deeper one on the team. Joyner is also very familiar with UCF QB Blake Bortles, he's not so high on him. Joyner also breaks down a possible CB that the Eagles could select, Kyle Fuller from Virginia Tech. With all of that said, Joyner has the Eagles selecting WR Brandin Cooks out of OSU.

Talking with Sielski here on the Flyers change they made yesterday, promoting Paul Holmgren upstairs as president and now shifting Ron Hextall to GM duties. Hextall has experience in the Flyers organization, but also spent some time away from the team winning a Stanley Cup in LA with the Kings. Sielski said that it's this experience that could help him. Hextall said that he's going to focus on the NHL draft and player development rather than hitting a home run via trade or free agency. The NHL Draft is next month in Philadelphia.

John McMullen

LIVE in NYC with a preview on the first round of the draft tonight, McMullen said that he's not certain any team is willing to trade up to # 1 overall with the price tag the Houston Texans have placed on it. On the QB position, McMullen said that none of them are worthy of even a top-5 selection. McMullen says that a possible 7 WR could be drafted in the first round. The QB position is deep as well, but just not at the very top. With all of this said, McMullen has the Eagles trading back in the first round to gather more picks for this weekend and selecting a WR that is still available.

Geoff Mosher

CSN Philly covering the Eagles in this segment for his pick at # 22 by the Eagles. Mosher said that he really thinks Kyle Fuller could be a perfect player for the team. With the cap money that both Cary Williams and Bradley Fletcher have, don't be surprised. Chip Kelly is in his second draft, but we still dont know what his tendencies are. Expect the unexpected with Chip Kelly, he could take any type of player. Mosher, however, does not think Kelly would trade up for Johnny Manziel. Mosher has the Eagles selecting a defensive player in Kyle Fuller, CB out of Virginia Tech.

Scott Wright

Our favorite draft expert is Scott Wright of Draft Countdown. We've been talking draft with Wright ever since the combine in February. In his final preview before the first round gets going tonight, Wright said that he expects things to be wild tonight, especially involving the quarterbacks. Wright thinks that many teams in the top-5 could pass on QB early, but try and get back in late to grab their QB. Wright has mocked the Eagles selecting Lee out of USC or Cooks out of OSU. Follow all of Scott Wright's analysis this weekend on Twitter.
