The struggling Philadelphia Phillies have plenty of issues, opening the season 8-13 with one of the worst offenses in baseball through the first 21 games of the season.

One thing they aren't looking at as an issue is their manager.

Salisbury said Domdrowki told reporters that he believes the team will turn things around and that he took responsibility for putting the team on the field.

"I don't see anything rash coming," Salisbury said. They are just going to show faith in what they have."

Dombrowski did say he takes stock in things after 40 games, and remember the team made a managerial change 50 games in 2022 after a 22-28 start to the season on June 3.

So, why Dombrowski might not be thinking about it after now, after just 23 games, he could revisit this after 40 games, which means the team could have about 20 games to turn things around before speculation begins again.

Sounds like you should check back in June to see if things have changed.
