
Phillies Promote Top Prospects Aidan Miller, Aroon Escobar, and Dante Nori
The Philadelphia Phillies reportedly promoted two of their Top 5 prospects – 21-year-old shortstop Aidan Miller and 20-year-old infielder Aroon Escobar, plus No. 6 overall prospect Dante Nori, a 20-year-old outfielder, is heading to Reading with Escobar.
Aiden Miller Heads to Triple-A
Miller is heading to Triple-A Lehigh Valley, and Escobar is heading to Double-A Reading.
Miller, a 2023 first-round high school draft pick from Florida, is the Phillies ’ top offensive prospect. He’s ranked No. 2 in the Phillies system behind Andrew Miller and No. 47 overall by MLB Pipeline.
Miller’s Impressive Numbers at Double-A
Aroon Escobar Moves Up to Reading
Escobar is the team's No. 5 overall prospect, and hit .256 with 8 extra-base hits and 19 RBI for High-A Jersey Shore, and also hit .285 with 11 home runs and 42 RBI for low-A Clearwater. Overall, at two levels, Escobar is hitting .274 with 15 home runs and 61 RBI in 115 games.
Dante Nori Joins Escobar at Double-A
The team also promoted Nori, the Phillies' first-round pick in 2024, who hit .264 with a .366 OBP, four home runs, 47 RBI and 50 stolen bases between two levels this season.
