The 76ers have found a winning formula since Nerlens Noel returned to the team on December 11th as they have gone 8-8 and had their first three game winning streak in three seasons.  The benefits of "The Process" are coming to fruition with the outstanding play of Rookie Joel Embiid and solid contributions from role players such as T.J. McConnell and Robert Covington.

Philadelphia Inquirer Sixers Beat Reporter Keith Pompey joined Mike Gill on Tuesday and discussed why the team has been playing so well:

"The reason why they are playing (well) is because they have Joel Embiid; you have (Nerlens) Noel coming off the bench providing them depth at that position.  T.J. McConnell is a winner, you can say what you want about him, I'm not saying that he's going to be an All-Star Point Guard or that he's a starting Point Guard in this league moving forward long term.  But he is a winner, he gets the guys the ball where they need to be.  And they also have Gerald Henderson playing well coming off the bench.  So I just think that right now they got the right mesh of guys and I know this might sound a little bit overblown but they like each other so they play hard for one another and I think that has to do with the reason why they're winning."
