The Eagles have suffered a handful of injuries in their secondary, and because of it they are going to be moving Jalen Mills back to corner with Marcus Epps playing safety this week according to Adam Caplan on the Inside the Birds pregame show.

Mills has been playing safety this season, replacing Malcolm Jenkins who departed in free agency.  While reviews have been mixed, the Eagles are desperate for help at corner with starter Avonte Maddox and backup Trevor Williams both out this week.

With Maddox and Williams out, Mills will play opposite Darius Slay, leaving Epps, a sixth-round pick in 2019 by Minnesota as the starter next to Rodney McLeod.

Mills has 17 tackles, 1.5 sacks in three games at the safety position.
