You can add two more names to the list of free agent managers who will be interviewing for the Phillies vacant position.

According to The Athletic, former Marlins and Yankees manager Joe Girardi, along with former New York Yankees, Arizona Diamondbacks, Texas Rangers, and Baltimore Orioles manger Buck Showalter will meet with the team this week about their managerial job.

Both Girardi and Showalter have had success, but neither is particularly thought of as an analytical manager.

Girardi managed the Yankees to the 2009 World Series title, defeating the Phillies.  He was in New York from 2008-2017, and was named the NL manager of the year with the Marlins in 2006.

Overall, he has a record of 988-794.

As for Showalter, who has ties to Andy MacPhail in Baltimore, he is 1,551-1,517 and is a three-time AL manager of the year.
