The Sixers are reported to have interest in Spurs point guard Patty Mills, according to Kevin O'Connor of The Ringer.

O'Connor writes “The Spurs are up to something. League sources say they’re shopping point guard Patty Mills, with teams such as the Bucks and Sixers expressing interest. A deal with Philadelphia would probably bring back Josh Richardson, league sources say.”

Mills, 32, is coming off a one of his best pro seasons, in which he averaged a career high 11.6 points per game. He is a solid 3-point shooter, hitting on 38.2% of his three's last season and is a 38.9% career shooter from beyond-the-arch.

The 11-year pro has spent the past nine seasons in San Antonio, but they are looking to make a major overhaul to their roster according to O'Connor.  They are also hoping to unload LaMarcus Aldridge and DeMar DeRozan as well per O'Connor.

The NBA’s moratorium has not been lifted yet, meaning trades cannot legally occur. ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reports that could happen prior to the Nov. 18 NBA Draft.
