National ESPN NFL reporter Sal Paolantino joined the show during his weekly appearance on 'Sal Pal Friday's' and gave his keys to an Eagles win over the Carolina Panthers on Sunday.

Here is some of what he had to say:

1. No Turnovers and the Eagles can win the game comfortably.

2. Don't let Cam Newton beat you with his legs.

"If you limit Cam, then you'll be able to handle Christian McCaffrey. If Newton is running free, that's going to be a long day for your defense."

3. Eagles need to covert redzone possession into touchdowns over field goals, something they started to do last week vs Giants.

Speaking of the redzone, Paolantonio mentioned that the Eagles should have no issues with the Panthers defense, by getting tight end Zach Ertz involved. Last year in the game in Carolina, Ertz had just two catches for 18 yards, but both of those catches were for touchdowns.

"The way the game is being officiated the middle of the field has never been more wide-open," Paolantonio said.
