Sal Pal Friday: Sal’s 3 Keys and Pick vs Bengals
Last week the Eagles faced the No. 1 pick of the 2016 NFL draft, this week they will get a look at this year's No. 1 overall pick, Joe Burrows.
The 2016 No. 1 pick, Jared Goff carved the Eagles up to the tune of completing 20-of-27 passes for 267 yards and three touchdowns in the Rams' 37-19, Week 2 win over the Eagles.
The Rams utilized play-action for much of the game, running the ball 39 times, opening things up in the passing game and finding open receivers all over the field.
Sunday's matchup is more of a mystery with Burrow, who has only two NFL games, but an impressive 509 yards and three touchdowns to just one interception, completing 61.9% of his 97 passes.
With that let's take a look at Sal Pal's 3 Keys to the game:
1. The QB has to stop turning the ball over.
2. Strip down the game-plan.
Sal Pal says: "Get Boston Scott and Greg Ward involved. Both have really good hands and are good route runners
3. Make sure you don't get beat by Bengals wide receivers.
