Well..... that was embarrassing! The Phillies lose 16-2 to the Los Angeles Dodgers in a very poor effort. The Phillies scored one run in time that mattered, thanks to a Scott Kingery solo home run, but they had two chances in the first three innings with bases loaded that resulted in zero runs. Maikel Franco did not hustle to end the third inning and in the top of the fourth, it was all Dodgers. The game was lost from there. The Dodgers recorded 19 hits, four home runs, two by Cody Bellinger, and they took the soul from the Phillies. Zach Eflin had a really bad day after a strong three innings to start the game.
