The Phillies beat the White Sox in game two by a score of 3-2. The offense was quiet once again, but thanks to back to back home runs by Bryce Harper and Rhys Hoskins, the Phils had the lead. In the seventh inning, they had bases loaded twice and the only run produced was an RBI groundout by Cesar Hernandez for a 3-1 lead. The White Sox did score one run in the ninth, but Nick Pivetta was able to hold on. Aaron Nola was dominate, throwing 10 strikeouts, and Pivetta had two strong innings out of the bullpen.
