The Phillies beat the Giants by a score of 4-2 in game one of the series. Drew Smyly was absolutely fantastic in seven scoreless innings. Maikel Franco and Adam Haseley each recorded an RBI in the fourth inning. Rhys Hoskins hit a two-run bomb in the fifth for a 4-0 lead.
