During the 2014 high school football season the St. Joe Wildcats traveled to Ohio to face football power Steubenville High, defeating the Big Red 25-23.

This year the Wildcats are leaving the state of New Jersey again, heading to Maryland to play another football power - Mount St. Joseph on October 10 in a 1:00 pm game in Baltimore, Wildcats coach Paul Sacco said.

St. Joe's has won 21 games and a row and will be a heavy favorite once again to capture a Cape-Atlantic League American and Non-public Group 1 State Title with the return of junior twins Salaam and A'Laam Horne - two of the top returnees in the CAL.

The Wildcats are one of the top programs in South Jersey but have tried to expand their thumbprint to let the rest of the state know they are more than just a South Jersey power.

Winning a game like this for the second year in a row would go a long way.
