Now that the Eagles have officially announced that Nick Foles will start Week One of the 2018 season, some of the focus now turns to the supporting cast that will be on the field with Foles on Thursday night.  With Alshon Jeffrey and Mack Hollins being ruled out for the matchup with the Falcons on September 6th, the offensive weapons expected to be on the field with Nick Foles includes Mike Wallace, Nelson Agholor, Zach Ertz (led the 2017 Eagles in Receptions and Receiving Yards), Dallas Goedert, Jay Ajayi, and Corey Clement (led the 2017 Eagles in Rushing Touchdowns).

NFL Network Contributor Lloyd Vance joined Rich Quinones on Tuesday with perspective on the offensive weapons that will be on the field with Nick Foles on Thursday night:

"(Jay Ajayi has) had the foot injury and his knees are kind of balky, but he’s going to be the guy they lean on first and foremost in the play action to Ertz and Goedert, the new tight end (combination). So a lot of weapons for the Eagles - You saw in the Super Bowl, (Corey Clement is) a guy they really got lucky getting as an Undrafted Free Agent....He really stepped it up in the post season, and he’s a guy they’re really looking forward to who has very good hands. And Ajayi, if he stumbles, if Wendell Smallwood is not a guy they think he’s going to be, or Sproles isn’t ready to go, they’re definitely going to lean on Clement. (Eagles) have a lot of weapons there."
