On Tuesday, Vineland High School Graduate and Rutgers Scarlett Knights Running Back Isaih Pacheco announced what is next for him in his Football career:

Pacheco played in 43 games during his four seasons at Rutgers where he averaged 4.3 Yards per Rush Attempted and compiled 2,356 Rushing Yards plus 18 Rushing Touchdowns.  A 2021 Team Captain and Criminal Justice Major, Pacheco finished the 2019 and 2020 seasons top ten in the Big Ten in Rushing Yards.

Before attending Rutgers, Isaih Pacheco was a star football play at Vineland High School where he played Running Back, Quarterback, and Defensive Back where hed led the Fighting Clan Football team to back-to-back playoff appearances.  Pacheco was Team Captain his Senior Year in 2017 when he finished the season fourth in the Cape Atlantic League in Rushing Touchdowns and had a total of 33 Rushing Touchdowns during his Junior and Senior seasons.

Pacheco is currently projected to be a Day Three selection in the 2022 NFL Draft and he will have the Pre-Draft process to improve his draft stock.  The last Running Back from Rutgers selected in the NFL Draft was Ray Rice in 2008.  Current Rutgers Alumni playing in the NFL this season includes Defensive Backs Jason (Miami Dolphins) and Devin McCourty (New England Patriots) along with New York Giants Cornerback Logan Ryan and Bengals Special Teams Specialist Clark Harris plus New York Jets Tight End Tyler Croft.
