What Happened 7 Years Ago Today? Why, the Phillies Won the World Series

It was 7 years ago today that the Phillies won their first World Series since 1980.

Game 5 of that World Series saw closer Brad Lidge come in the 9th inning on an 0-2 count and it created our Harry Kalas moment.

Just 7 years later, the Phillies just finished the 2015 season as the worst team in baseball.
