What Jalen Reagor’s Injury Means for the Eagles’
Eagles first-round pick Jalen Reagor grabbed his left wrist after making a tackle in practice on Sunday. Jalen Hurts pass was picked off and Reagor was using his instincts to make the right play, bringing down the defender who picked off the pass.
"He was looking really good in camp, he was set to start at the X-position, across from DeSean Jackson," said Geoff Mosher from The Inside the Birds Podcast on Football at Four."
While he made a heads up play, it will end up coasting him three-to-four weeks according to reports with a small tear in his left shoulder.

As for as how the Eagles will replace Reagor, who was working with the first team offense and was the team's primary punt returner, they have a few internal options.
Second-year receiver J.J. Arcega-Whiteside will be looked to pick up the role opposite DeSean Jackson with Greg Ward in the slot. Arcega-Whiteside has had a solid camp, but struggled in the Eagles offense as a rookie with just 10 catches for 169 yards and a touchdown.
One other name to watch is rookie fifth-round pick John Hightower. After a feeling out period, Hightower has been impressive at camp, and if he can carry this camp production to the playing field, he could have a role in the Eagles offense.
Hightower has the speed to out-run most corners, posting a 4.43-second forty-yard dash and the size at 6'1 to make plays over the top of smaller corners.
Another possibility, not for the opener, but sooner than later is Alshon Jeffery. Jeffery is trending on returning to the team in September, which is earlier than originally thought. Jeffery is working back from Lisfranc surgery that he had in December.
